Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." -Mark Twain

Earlier this week Virginia left Bequia southbound for Carriacou in the southern Grenadines. After a quick stop in Carriacou, they'll head to Grenada on Wednesday. Harvey Gamage is currently in Grenada where they are engaging in a large service project, interacting with local students while planting cocoa trees on a plantation. While on the island they'll explore, do some hiking, visit waterfalls and spend more time with local students. They'll haul anchor on Wednesday, headed southeast toward Trinidad, a two-day passage. Amistad crew continues with shipboard maintenance while berthed in Old San Juan. All are well.
